How Cleanouts Work
Simply schedule your estate cleanout by filling out the form below or by calling (203) 975-8400. Our friendly clean-out team will call you to confirm your appointment, provide an estimate, and verify the location.
When we arrive to your estate cleanup location, just point out the items or area you want cleaned out and we’ll provide you with a final all-inclusive price. Sell-able items will be inventoried and taken to our warehouse, junk will be dumped or recycled, donate-able items will be taken to an appropriate charity, and we’ll finish by leaving the area broom-swept.
Pieces we determine have value will be sold at auction and the proceeds remitted to you, minus a pre-determined commission. Items that are donated from your estate will be done on your behalf, so we’ll send you a tax deductible receipt in the mail.
